spring and summer potted roses, plants and garden helpers are usually despatched via Australia Post within 7 days of Swanes receiving the order. allow 2 - 4 days for delivery.

Swanes process orders manually to ensure stock is available before confirming the order by charging the nominated credit card. orders to be paid by cheques and money orders will not be processed until the payment is received.

online gift voucher purchases are despatched to the shipping address using Australia Post same day or next day of order receipt.
online gift vouchers with an increased face value are only available for online purchases and are not available for in person purchase at Swanes Sydney nurseries.

Shipping your winter nude rose order :
Minimum charges apply to any order containing winter rose standards/tree roses
Quarantine charges of $60 apply to orders for WA, Tas and NT due to State Quarantine laws requiring physical inspection of every order.

Specified winter rose freight despatch dates on the Purchase Form are the date it will leave our Sydney nursery. In most cases it will take 2 - 4 days to reach it's destination.

Quarantine inspection charges are not a freight component of an order and will be added to each order for NT, Tas and WA. $60.00 per order and are charged as a mandatory item for those states.

As spring potted plants are despatched clothed and with full root systems Swane's guarantee extends only to shipping breakages and incorrect labelling.
In the event of a rose plant failing to grow - contact Swane's and when instructed to do so return the plant with a matchbox size soil sample from the planting position and the receipt of your purchase to Swanes. Swanes will choose to replace, refund or issue a credit for the purchase price, depending on the availability, in that year or the next.
