Deliver

Shipping your order :
orders for spring and summer potted plants and roses, garden helpers and gifts are despatched within 7 working days of order receipt

specified freight despatch dates on the winter rose order form are the date it will leave our Sydney nursery. In most cases it will take 2 - 4 days to reach it's destination.

Preordered winter rose collection from 1 June. Winter rose plants will be in stock for sale at the Swanes Sydney nurseries by Mother's Day 2013
Tasmania, WA and NT will be despatched 24 June, 22 July, 5 August

Quarantine inspection charges apply to any winter rose order for shipping to NT, WA, Tas. $60.00 per order and are charged as a mandatory item for those states.
Swanes are unable to ship potted plants to WA, Tas, SA or NT

At Swanes we are so confident of our winter roses that we offer a full replacement guarantee.
In the event of a plant failing to grow, first talk to a Swane's representative on (02)96511322 or email swanes@bigpond.com.au
when instructed to do so please return the plant with a matchbox sized soil sample from the planting position.
(freight or mailing charges are the responsibility of the purchaser)

Swanes will replace the rose to the value of the purchase price, depending on availability, in that year or the next.
plant returns will not be accepted after 30th September of the year of purchase.

Potted plants are despatched actively growing and as such Swanes guarantee for spring and summer growing plants is designed to cover incorrect labelling, or breakages in transit.
